Looking like a movie Uncharted 3 brings you with the character's and make s you feel for them. Uncharted 3 was released in 2011 and I don't think you need to play the prequels before this one to have as much fun. Uncharted 3 is also a PS3 exclusive.
3.Halo 4
Halo 4 already being part of the huge series it is, is only available to the PS3 competitor the Xbox 360. People playing for the story and the famous multiplayer. Are not going to be disappointed. Halo 4 was released in 2012.
4.Skyrim the elder scrolls V
Skyrim The Elder Scrolls V the huge game that never ends was released in 2011 when your done playing the game you wont be they will release a new dlc which will keep you busy.

This Zombie game was released this year and will have you busy for a while. You will not be bored and enjoy the fun of being in control then more then one character.

Released in 2008 this sandbox game will let you do almost anything you'll have fun with the story or doing what ever you want. Grand theft auto V is coming out this year.
9. Mortal Kombat 9
The famous fighting game will not have you bored. Released in 2011. This game with the finishers will keep you having fun.
10. Madden 2013
This game was released in 2012 and is a good choice for that football fan. You'll be picking your favorite teams and picking the plays.
